Ring Rust

Ring rust bit us in the ass at pards tonight. That and lack of alcohol on my part. I was out of whiskey and didnt want to drink vodka or rum. Ricky and Brian took us out twice. Wtg guys , nice playing. Hope we get another match down the road with ya when we are in true form. Today was a crappy day all the way around at interleague. Not 1 fucking tourney did United (the host league ) set up. As i said earlier they are infected and dying the slow death so it should have been expected. Interleague is a chance for the smaller leagues to attract interest in their groups, especially if they advertise it and their own leagues in social 1 but maybe they like to struggle to get a tourney off the ground? who knows.

WordoxUnited , I learned how to TD there , played in lots of laddergames and hundreds of tourneys there over the years , and i met many great players and wonderful people there. I withdrew from United today and it feels like the end of an era for me. Unless someone comes along who has the time and energy to devote to the proper administration United it is pretty much a dead league. I begged the admins there to devote some attention to interleague and maybe attract some attention and players towards United but they have a diseased league now and im afraid its too late because all i got was some mumbling idiotic bullshit letter from Dale and Rose just told me the leagues players were diversifying into other games. Rose is a great TD and i will miss playing in her tourneys. Other than that tho i wont be missing much. R.I.P. WordoxUnited . If anyone ever gets the league cleaned up and going again let me know!!!

Apology

I was a bit harsh towards "The Spicy One " last night. Im sorry pard, you cant help it if you are a pepper and i need to learn to be more tolerant . At least you arent a broccoli (shudder) or a squash. In the future i will consider innocent vegetable feelings before i caw and i urge mooers ,quackers ,bleaters ,neighers and other noisemakers to do the same. Thank You.

I have been mentioned in 2 journals/blogs written by other wordox players, the links to those journals are somewhere near the bottom of the page. The first reference was in Holly's journal and the only part of her barnyard diatribe i want to talk about are the three words here ......

A statement was made in those three letters, a statement of a persons inalienable right to indulge in barnyard noises. Get over it Holly . Are you jealous because a pepper is not a barnyard animal? Even a rebel crow like myself has a place in the barnyard even if it is only stealing corn from the other animals but you...your place is in the GARDEN hahahahaha. Next to the BEANS. The Forfeit Bullshit is Over

Its over. I made a symbolic statement in public with my forfeits to Amplify , the statement was in support of friends who wont play him for personal reasons or dislikes. I am going to play him from here on out if paired against him in a tourney if he decides to befoul the tourney with his presence. If i lose , so what, most people know what scum he is. If i win i dedicate the wins to all the players he has cheated against , lied to , shit on , walked over or generaly irritated and to everyone else that hates his stinking guts. So Amp.... I fart in your general direction and i hope you choke on it , meanwhile its on ...... see ya around , you dickhead!

V for Vendetta

When the most electrifying team in Wordox decides to take a break and entertain themselves away from Ox it seems that a new team has been created and named "V for Vendetta". Wow!!! Impressive name !! They even won the partners tourney!! Vendetta hmmmmm ,who in the hell could they be after? I see its Amplify and Ceedie OMG!! Ampy found another female who believes his line of bullshit. I wonder how many times she has beaten him in laddergames that he didnt report and she went along with him on it because he wants his stats to be "better than Wordmans". Oh well ,who gives a shit?
Recently i began a policy of refusing to play him , not just because i hate his stinkin guts , but in support of other players who wont play him , including my partner Holly who has had problems with him as well. Agony, Agoony ,Agonnnnny what do i do? Stay tuned for further developments.

The Great Passing Debate

Thanks everyone who responded with their views on passing. Like i said in an earlier post my reason for opening the can of worms was a couple of lobby conversations and situations i had observed and 1 or 2 i heard about.
My main point in the whole thing was that while you may or may not consider it ethical to pass , it is legal . Putting up a fake word , letting the timer run out looking for a play or just plain out passing shouldnt lead to hard feelings or lobby hellraising while passing is considered an acceptable strategy by the all of the wordox leagues administrators. And if it was considered illegal it would be as impossible to enforce as determining who is and who isnt a cheater . That being said this post is over and once again i appreciate the opinions of everyone who responded.
