What makes a cheater?

We all know that words programs etc are illegal . Some people consider others to be cheaters if they have word lists , a scrabble dictionary , a regular webster or even post it notes by their pc. Heres the chance to throw out an opinion for the world.

CHEAT Defined :defeat someone in an expectation through trickery or deceit
PROOF Defined:a formal series of statements showing that if one thing is true something else necessarily follows from it.

Best descriptions I could find in reference to the game.... Do you see anything in reference to show "proof" of "cheating" here? NOTTA!! (shaking my head) How sad for a simple FUN game...
